Delivery Options

Orders containing ‘In Stock Items’ received before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day by the shipping method you select at checkout. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched next WORKING day Monday to Friday (if it is urgent, call us! We will see what we can do).

Special orders and non-stock items are marked with an estimated dispatch date on the description page. You are welcome to call us for exact dates.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, please include an active and attended telephone number so we can call you to arrange delivery or update you if necessary. This is a requirement if using a Next Day Courier.

‘Next Day’ means next WORKING day not including weekends or Bank Hoildiays. If you require delivery on Saturday or Sunday, please call for a quote.

Collection: You are welcome to collect your order from us in Peterborough PE1 5SY (call first) if you are over 18 years old. Just select Click’n’Collect as the shipping method so we know not to ship it.

You must be 18 years or older to buy many of the weapon and ammo products from this website. Age verification will be required on delivery for restricted products (eg knives, bows, ammo etc).

Shotguns, firearms (including their ammunition) and other restricted products are ‘Collection from Store’ only. We are happy to ship them to another Registered Firearms Dealer. They might charge a handling fee.

Only the processing and dispatch of the item is under our control. The collection and delivery is governed by the limitations of the delivery company and are out of our control. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. 

PRICE

Adding an item to your basket will show you ONE delivery method. When you go to the Checkout page, you can see all shipping options.

Please make sure your address details are correct. Our labelling software will copy it as you have written it. Please check it before you order. It is a good idea to use a mobile number so we can text you with a delivery window or if the delivery driver needs assistance.

Once shipped, the postage fee has been used and that part of the order is non-refundable. We do not refund postage because the delivery service was late. 

UK Mainland: We use a mix of Royal Mail Tracked 48 2nd Class & Tracked 24 1st Class for lighter items and Next Business Day Courier for heavier items. UK Mainland = England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands and Islands connected to the mainland by road.

Northern Ireland, Highlands (see postcodes below), Off Shore & Islands (including IoM & IoW) and BFPO are sent by Royal Mail only.
There is a surcharge for heavier items sent by courier, charged by the delivery service for the following locations: Northern Ireland, All Islands & Off Shore Scottish Highlands or any of the following postcodes: AB30-56, BT, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IV1-28, IV30-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3

What if I missed the delivery?

Royal Mail: If the Postman or Delivery Driver cannot deliver to you, they ‘should’ leave a card through your door, but since Covid this does not always happen especially if it is a relief Postman. Please use your discretion. If you feel the package is running late, please use your tracking number and contact your local delivery Depot (this is not necessarily your Post Office) and ask them if they have a package for you. You are very welcome to ask us for help.

Next Day Courier: Your package should be delivery the following working day. If you live in an outlying area, it might take 2 days. If it has not been delivered, please look for a card or contact us as we are able to track your delivery. If they have missed you, they will probably take it to a collection point or drop-off shop. If they are still unable to deliver, they will ship the item back to us at your expense (£16). However, if you leave a signed letter for the driver authorising him to leave it with a specific neighbour or in a ‘safe place’, they usually will.

Please note: As a Buyer, you are responsible for giving us an address that is attended at all times. If this is not possible, give the delivery company options as to how they can deliver in your absence (such as a neighbour or safe place).
